Local Bookshops

Baxtergate, Unit G, Grimsby DN31 1QL, UK – 01472 353212

An impressive choice of items. If you want to find a book in the city, that's here! From the novel o educational books going through travel books. Morevover, employees are really helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff who helped me choose an age and interest appropriate gift for my niece. I never feel uncomfortable browsing in here so I find it a pleasure to buy books that I can physically hold...so much nicer than Amazon (though admittedly not as cheap). Not the largest book store I've ever been in - I look forward to the day they decide to expand (hint hint).

Oxfam Shop

80 Victoria St, Grimsby DN31 1BL, UK – 01472 268492

I regularly grab second hand books here. They have decent turnover, so there's always something interesting.

British Heart Foundation

Nice little corner charity shop selling clothes, ornaments, toys and the best book section on Freeman Street.
